Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, with experience in meal preparation and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist in menu planning and development, ensuring seasonal ingredients are utilized effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper storage of food items.
  • Assist in catering events as needed, providing high-quality food service for special occasions.

Skills:
  • Proficiency in meal preparation techniques and cooking methods.
  • Knowledge of food industry standards, including health and safety regulations.
  • Experience in fine dining or catering environments is preferred.
  • Strong knife skills and familiarity with various kitchen tools.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and cooking styles.
